A little help please. I lift exclusively late afternoon early evening (4-5pm) on a three on one off rotation. In other words lift Mon Tues Wed off Thurs lift Fri Sat Sun off Mon etc. etc.. Do I back load Wednesday night after lift before an off day or do I backload Thursday off night before Friday lift?? Yes I bought and read the book. Might be me but I can't seem to find this answer.

depends really,  lot of people like to backload differently.. me personally run a 5-3-1 routine and my split goes like thisD1 - Squat with BackloadD2-Bench ULCD3-Rest ULCD4-Deadlift BackloadD5-OH Press ULCD6 –Rest ULCD7- HIIT ULCon the deload week i do 4 days straight workouts with no backload one day off then pick up at D1

Seems to me that you are technically using the CNS protocol then if you are only doing 2 nights of backloading?

Just curious on how depleted you feel after that last day's HIIT session?
