Off day question

    So I train from 3-5…I have an off day on Wednesdays and then I have a heavy deadlift training session on Thursday followed by a moderately heavy high volume accessory work. I’m trying to focus on my deadlift for about 10 weeks..should I backload on Wednesday or still follow the the protocol and not backload.

    If you are looking to add size and strength you could backload on the Wednesday. Otherwise backload slightly more on Thursday?
