So we've not formally been introduced. I've heard a lot about you. Heck, I've seen you many times late at night while you didn't know I was watching… OK, that got too creepy. Hi, guys. My name is David and I live in Virginia, the sunshine state (Office humor). I'm an engineer by trade but a meat head, amongst other things, by passion. I will eventually compete in a power lifting meet...at some point. I have the standard "little guy" background story: graduated high school around 150 (heaviest I'd ever been) after eating crappily and working out like a complete n00b. Went to college, ate the meal plan, quit running cross country, found a decent lifting regimen and gained the freshman 25 in an ok way. Took another three years before I was benching 225, squatting 335, and deadlifting 365. From there it's a story of crawling forward little by little. And that's where we are today! Like everyone else here my past is just that. It doesn't define me or where I'm headed but does lay out where I've been. Looking forward to learning from y'all!
