So last night, mum made me dinner which was chicken with sesame seeds on the top and bottom with mixed vegetables. Instantly had to run to the toilet after so I did some research and it says that sesame seeds are high in fat and have carbs. I think I went over the 30g limit and my carb nite is scheduled in for tomorrow. Should I still have my carb nite or wait a few more days? Also felt a tiny bit tighter this morning around my stomach ha.Thanks
You'll be fine, the sesame seeds are not that bad. The fat just cleared yourself out like a high dose of MCT Oil. The carbs well hell was it after training that day? If yes, you're fine. I eat a good amount of veggies with some sesame seeds at times with I train on a ULC day. Do the CN.
