ive only lost about 1lb but my strength gains have been pretty great and eating donuts constantly and maintaining? thats a win in and of itselfalso i feel like my bf monitor is garbo, i feel like i look like ive lost more but my bf just fluctuates all the time which i assume is normal, best case scenario though went from 15.9-> somewhere in the 14s
not sure why theyre sideways anyways 2nd and 4th are afters, like i said nothing too drastic, this is an im proud of eating donuts and not getting fatter thread haha
