Soo.. Long story short is I'm starting a new job here next week were 1-2 times a week I'll be working some hockey games from 5:30-9:30pm (really it's just an excuse to watch hockey). Now a long story long..I typically workout somewhere in the 3:30-6:30 area, and then do my one big backload meal somewhere in the 5:30-7:30 area.. However, with the job, I won't be able to eat anything cuz I'll be on the concourse the whole time doing the customer service thing. It should be noted I'm doing CBL-SA, also, recomping. So my two options I'm considering are:1) Standard protocol, just a little earlier than ideal: Workout from 3-4:30, PWO w/ carbs, normal big backload meal about 5:00, at work by 5:30, nothing else except maybe a small amount of protein and fat before bed around 10, after the game.2) "Mid Training" protocol, just a little later than ideal: Workout from 3/3:30-4:30/5, PWO without carbs, nothing during game, and normal big backload w/ leucine shake at about 9:30/10, and to bed at 11.Pretty sure I'm basically in a 50/50 situation that won't really matter much one way or another, especially only 1-2 times per week, but I thought I'd get opinions from others. I'm leaning more toward option 2 just cuz it'd pry be easier to make sure I'm getting to the games on time, ha.
