I have set days/times due to powerlifting and needing to train with others. My training days/times are:Tuesday: 5:30 PMThursday: 5:30 PMSaturday: 9:30 AMSunday: 9:30 AMIt's obviously to CBL on Tuesday and Thursday. Should I CBL on Friday and Saturday as well? I don't need to on Sunday?Thanks!
