So I recently got cauliflower ear and needed a procedure. I cant exercise for two weeks. I planned on doing the prep phase during these two weeks. Will not being able to exercise while doing the prep phase make the prep phase not work?Any other suggestions or comments?

you do not need to exercise during the prep phase.. especially if you do an extended one like 14-21 days.. i'd stick with it and eat ULC for those two weeks then get back into backloading when you can work out again

My thoughts exactly, eat enough to recover though.

perfect and gives me something to do with myself instead of getting fat and turning to jello.

Just as an example, Last year I ended up in the hospital and after a surgery couldn't train for 6 weeks. I did CNS without even trying to track my macros, easily eating 200g+ protein and 250g+ fat most days and I didn't gain weight. I didn't lose any either, but I wasn't trying to at the point, I was focusing on recovering.
