chalmParticipantHope this is the right area..forgive me if not. Again, I’m deployed on a ship. Mind you whatever I eat was the ONLY thing that would fit the ULC criteria.Lunch (11:15): 1/2lb to 3/4lb ground beef w/ a TON of daves hot sauce (Navy tradition) and a bowl full of cucumbers . I’m sure the beef was a max of 85% lean.Snack: 30’ish almonds and 2 oz mixed nuts. Sub 1 oz jerky (all between lunch and dinner randomly as I feel "hungry")Dinner (4:30pm): 1/2 to ¾ lb of “prime” rib..wasn’t too prime, tons of Dave’s of course. ALMOST killed a bowl of peas thinking they were good for ULC, thankfully I googled prior to eating it! 5:30-scoop ULC protien (cellucore 3g carbs/ 25g protien)I usually consume coffee around 8am/1pm/5pm. Black, nothing in it.Water, I get at least six 22oz bottles in me.Enough or too much?!? Again, difficult doing it out here.

GnomerParticipantman wish i could get that much meat here.. i'm stuck with whatever they make and more than half the time it's covered in some breading or sauce i can't eat.. as far as if it's to much or little that's hard to say.. honestly only way to say for sure is checking your body comp every couple weeks and adjust as needed.. it's practically impossible on this cutter to eat ULC and have over 1k calories in a day..

Crooked system. Plus the cook wants to get on our boarding team, so I use that as a hook up. Yesterday actually sucked, it was breaded fish, I had the biggest pile of breading compared to fish (cod). I'm on a cruiser, so we are more lucky than other big decks.

GnomerParticipanti'm currently on a 378' cutter which is pretty much our largest boat but still only holds about 150 people so my options are very limited and since I'm only TDY i don't have any hookups or anything with the cooks.. basically i'm putting aside my eating schedule except still staying gluten and dairy free.. luckily i'm out of here in two weeks and will be able to get back on my plan

I know, I’ve seen one we off loaded 187 bails of weed (100lbs per) Summer time. You guys had seriously NO room left! They had to throw it into your RHIB and bridge to carry it all. Then you guys puttered away. Cutters are indeed small boats!
