Not too savvy on science and bio stuff. But all I see is they proved that muffins make you fat. And did they have a control group that only ate fats without muffins?
Read it but unsure of the point you're making. The study shows no sign of how the muffins were made, just that it had SFA, so possibly just crappy store bought muffins, also states how they were overfed. Okay, well anything that is processed and overfed will of course show fat gain, especially not shown any physical exercise being done.
