    just finished the video.. he does a very easy to follow display of fat storage and fat breakdown a little over an hour in which is talked about a lot in the book “Fat Chance” i just finished..he also explains the carb addiction as well(which also is explained in detail in Fat Chance heh)

    I read the book and some interesting stuff about HIT. I try some trainings with slow tempo, TUT, past year and i think it help me keeping my muscles during my cut.

    it has somewhat changed my view on training.. which is actually a good thing because it falls in line more with my current eating as well
