Hi Folks,Just a quick question regarding home made turnovers, and first off, apologies if this has been answered elsewhere on the forum as I've searched without any success !I've been making my own home made turnovers as I don't have a decent bakery nearby, my question is regarding the type of puff pastry to use.I had originally considered using regular puff pastry but having read up on the ingredients, they appeared to be full of trans fats. So instead I was thinking of using the All Butter puff pastry, no mention of trans fats in the ingredients that I can tell.My question is really just to make sure that I'm on the right track in using the all butter puff pastry and would it be best to actually push these pastries back really late into the Carb Nite considering the fats would be pretty considerable as it's all butter ?Thanks,Anthony

Yes you will push the more fatty carbs at the end of the evening.

Thanks Tex, if my CNS timeframe was 4-11pm, what time would you start going for the fattier carbs ? I was thinking around 7.30pm and ensuring I've already had a couple of the starchier, low fat carbs in by then ?

I would think around the last 2-3 hours.
