So as I continue to look for the right carb balance to get bigger while still losing weight, a question popped in my head.  Should people with a higher bodyfat percentage, say 15-20%, have smaller backloads like 100-200g while people under the 15% have huge back loads, 300g+?Just a thought.

If it works to lower body fat then go for it. I wouldn't think there is a set number for just anyone. I would assume to try the chart as a baseline and go down from there.

It is just way to individual to give an answer.  You have to play around with it.  Unlike Carb Nite, CBL requires a fair amount of fine tuning.  I would use the chart in the book as a guide.

Ron Fuller on the DH Facebook page turned me on to back loading 1 carb per pound of lean body mass for fat loss and it has been really effective. His suggestion is to back load an hour after workout with powdered Gatorade and other dextrose based liquids like pudding and Jello  that are quickly absorbed. I will admit that I know very little but this tweak has helped me drop some fat right away while helping me increase strength. It might be worth your while to give it a try.

Very timely, was reviewing my results and trying to figure out a tweak...definitely going to try this.  Thanks.

Sounds like a solid plan, thanks.
