I know there is no such thing as perfect, but was wondering if someone might have “best case” meal plan for backloading days. Since it does take some tweaking based on each person here's my stats:205 lbs5'9"20% BFI know the basic structure of what to eat, but I'm looking more for actual food items. Any advice is greatly appreciated!!!!!!
