PES Anabeta Elite+Erase Pro Stack while DB?

    What do you guys think about this stack? Tons of research put into this… and everything I have seen is positive. The only side effect is immense hunger… which I would worry about ULC… Do you think I could run this stack while on CBL DB?

    i didn't notice much effects on erase on DB but some do.  Personally i think your money would be better invested in hydrosylates and getting in some extra protein.  Just my 2 cents

    I've heard people reacting great to anabeta elite combined with erase pro... But erase pro alone doesn't do much. I just wonder if being low carb the majority of the day affects it.

    I did these along with DB, and also too DAA at the time. Actually, it was the best stack I've ever done, and will do it again. But everyone's different./RS

    I'm also taking DAA. How did you deal with hunger on ULC days? Are you eating 1g fat/1g protein?

    Hunger was not really an issue, but I ate probably slightly less than maintenance on the ULC days. Bear in mind that I am an AM lifter, having postWO shake @8, and then lunch @12, dinner @18, and if still hungry in evening, then a possible casein/cream mix (something I picked up from my Anabolic Diet days, very nice!)All in all, weight remained the same throughout period, and appetite the same. Dropped about 1cm waist during the course of 4 weeks, and don't think I ever was hungry - and left every meal satisfied 😉(bear in mind I am a HIIT guy, and usually do this 3 times weekly, and 3 times weightlifting/DC training weekly)/RS
