Hey All, trust we are well?I'd like to find out from the peeps that have been around the CBL block, whether the PHAT training routine works well with CBL DB/SA? If so, with the volume of the PHAT plan, I am assuming that one would backload even on the off days to ensure proper intensity and focus is maintained? That would also mean that it would be better suited to DB not so?Thanks in advance for any and all answers, opinions, rants and whatnot 8)H
