http://www.jissn.com/content/9/1/47/abstractPhosphatidic acid (PA) has been reported to activate the mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR) signaling pathway and is thought to enhance the anabolic effects of resistance training.Does anyone know much about  phosphatidic acid? The mTOR activation could be usefull with CBL?
