AliotuaMemberI just wanted to post a brief overview of my density bulking schedule. I will preface this by saying that I DO OWN THE BOOK. However, it is on my other computer and I have not looked at it in a little while, so a lot of this could be off. Gl;itch.eMember1. Thats a lot of activity. You may want/need to backload every night. 2. Too much protein some days IMO. Also I dont know how youll feel eating a massive meal and then lifting 30minutes later. If you can do it by all means but I doubt Id be able to function effectively like this. I would shift some of the protein towards the end of the day with the backloads. 3. Not enough fat in some meals. Youd be better served by dropping the protein back to 50-80 grams on some of these meals and upping the fat to a similar level.
