When I get back down to 235 which is around 18-20% BF, I would like to do 2 Backloads or carb nites a week. The caveat is that I will only eat the carbs after a day that I lifted. I don't plan on doing any HITT or cardio. I know that this is pretty much CBL but one of the two nights my carb intake will probably be double that of the other night.
