MaxDetonatorKeymasterHi Guy's and GalsIm just coming off a 16 week full on performance enhancing bodybuilding lifestyle...it was in the last week of my prep for our National team that l have discovered Carb Back Loading...the whole thought behind the the concept made me so eager to start that l have pulled out of my National comp and started CBL.I'm 5 foot 6 and weight around 200 pounds with 10 bf.Im following CBL DB with the Heavy Duty Hybrid Training system...My diet is as follows:05:00 Wake up05:15 Have a cup of coffee with 1 tea spoon of Coconut oil and whipp cream05:30 HIIT cardio for 25 min09:00 A.M Acceleration Shake10:00 3 whole eggs with 100g of bacon prep in butter13:00 200g Chicken breast greek salad with mct oil15:30 200g Beef burger patty, slice cheese and some spinash sauteed in butter17:30 Ignition Formula18:00 Training18:45 Sustainer formula19:45 Hypertrophic potentiater20:15 200g White rice with chicken breast21:00 540g of Chock chip MuffinsSo l have been following this for the last week, coming off everything still play's a major role but for some reason my bf shot up to 12% in less than a week...l must say l tend to have a huge appetite and can pack away a lot of food...so for me to fast during the morning is still something l need to get used to although lm not having carbs but will eat a lot of cheese and almonds...Questions:Do l eat to much during the day ?Is it only because lm running a pct to come off clean that lm picking up some fat?Do l carb back on too many home made muffins at home after training? After a meal during the day l will start feeling a little tired, why is this?Do l need to keep my backloads only on training days? After the weekend l can see my waist is up and my arm size a little bit down...?Thanks any advice will be greatly appreciate...

If you start to pick up some unwanted fat, drop the shakes (whey) during the ULC part of the day and during training. If fat loss is main goal and not wanting to gain any. Don't use whey during that time. Just PWO.Do l carb back on too many home made muffins at home after training?Again you have to make it work for you. Finding the "Sweet Spot" is the key. After a meal during the day l will start feeling a little tired, why is this? Not enough animal fats. Not kiddingDo l need to keep my backloads only on training days?YesAfter the weekend l can see my waist is up and my arm size a little bit down...?Again what do you mean? Is it because you're depleted? Waist could be due to holding "stuff" in your system or water as well. Thanks any advice will be greatly appreciate...

What do you mean "PCT"? Do you mean "post cycle therapy" like you're coming off of roids? If that is the case, than I would say all bets are off and who knows what can happen with your BF%, you need to get serious medical advice if that is the case, IMO.

Hi Big Tex,Thank you very much for the info it starts to make much more sense to be more in tune with your body the next day after carb back loading to assess if you are depleted or spilled over...Thanx again
