please criticise my meal plan!

    already changed it and ate some serious beef and bacon  today(plus some serious cheat tonight because of the soccer game,but thats ok…not dieting at the moment! :P)but am i understanding this right that it´s more important to look at the ratio of your makros than at your total calories?im sorry,but i was "raised" by thinking that your total calorie balance is by far the most important factor.as far as my stats go...:im at arround 185-190 at the moment with let´s say 12-13% bodyfat

      Its not a calories in/out type diet, but calories certainly matter. Caloric needs is going to be based on your goals, genes, muscle mass and activity level.

    … but you have to keep in mind that your previous caloric requirements do not apply for CBL… you can probably add 50% additional calories without gaining any fat by CBLing
