I’m currently on day 4 of the prep phase – and doing a lot of HIIT. Need to hit the keto phase within Thursday 🙂

The above shows a CBL day. I’m not quite sure about how to approach the off day. Would it be OK just to deduct the post shake, the carbs and maybe up the fat with 20g?
