Hey guys!Pork rinds is a great snack food and it even got 0-1 g of carbs! I'm wondering if it fit within the ULC part of CBL/CN, because of the super high protein count. I know the protein is not a good source for muscle building, since it comes from skin of the pig. Regardless, is the protein able to elevate insulin, making it a bad choice for CBL/CN?

Why chicken? Use it on pork, or the Transformation Recipes Book, or stuff like that. Lean meats are not the end all be all while being ULC. You're trying to use fats as the fuel.
