I know some guys are doing a morning routine, and I was just curious if you were supplementing anything to stop muscle catabolism?Current train of thought:  -train fasted, consuming 2cups of coffee pre-workout-have post workout coffee with: 1) 5g creatine, 2) 5g BCAA (I don't have leucine yet, but BCAA has 1.25g)Do you think adding MCT oil/coconut oil would be better added into this, or if I just left it at creatine and MCT oil? Both will stimulate a small insulin spike, but the training would activate tGLUT, so it would most likely be absorbed directly to the muscle tissue, or processed in the liver to make glucose.  I have to check on which would be the most likely scenario...back to the muscle physiology book.

From what I have read so far, if you are aiming to lower body fat you should not have anything until the post workout shake.

In reply to your question, i would add more protein to your post workout shake, not mct oil.
