    If you're trying to build muscle you really need the dextrose. If you're okay with your muscle and want to lose fat, do CNS.

    No, you don't need dextrose. I don't tolerate dextrose very well and so have only taken it briefly years ago. There are enough other ways to build muscle without adding dextrose.

    Dextrose isn't the only way to spike insulin and refill glycogen stores, but I still believe it's the best way (obviously, as long as you're not intolerant to it). If you're going to do something, do it well.

    I meant like a sticky thread of some sort of website you go to.

    Why?If it's not a sticky, it's not good enough for you? There are 100s of threads about shakes, do a search and you will find.

    He seems to not understand the "Search" button

    What do you use then?

    Right now, bananas. Other than that, I've been using maltodextrin, vitargo, rice, white bread or just sugary drinks. Dextrose is a good and clean way to get fast carbs, there is no arguing against it, but you don't need dextrose to build muscle. That's my only point.

    Yes I understand that.Just looking for options.I've used Vitargo in the past. Just super expensive here.

    True… I have also heard straight dextrose might be bad for gut flora in the long run, so may look into other options myself

    Fuck yes, gummy bears are how i start every backload. But only the Haribo ones because they have dextrose.
