Is it so bad to use a protein shake post workout that uses both sucralose and acelsulfame potassium?  Im just thinking that bit of an extra insulin spike from the AP would be ok since it is a post workout shake anyways?

Do your best to but for things like protein powders you will find that almost all of them are sweeted with sucralose and AP. It is such a small amount though that you really shouldn't be worried about it.

Dymatize ISO 100 is a good option. Sweetened with sucralose and stevia. No APSent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
