I work out around 6 PM, and am doing SA…Post workout I take a shake much like the one Kiefer lays out, carbs such as dextrose and waxy maize, proteins, leucine etc.My question is, do I then eat my normal dinner, i.e. chicken and some broccoli or another green veggie, and then backload an hour later.  Or am I eating too much by consuming a meal + a backload?  Thank you

Eating a normal ULC style meal post workout will be counter productive, following the PWO shake you'd want to initiate your CBL.

Add some white rice or baked sweet potato to that dinner. You're basically backload PWO.

Backload with that meal, and again later..  Cut the veggies, use fast carbs.  I'd get your veggies in during ULC, to try to keep fiber consumption lower during the backloads.Cory
