    Is this okay?2 scoops whey protein40g dextrose1 tsp Pumpkin spice5g Leucine1 serving Con-CretI guess I'm most concerned with the pumpkin spice containing cinnamon, which I've heard can blunt insulin.

    Depending on your size I would consider doing a 1:4  or 1:2 protein to carb ratio. For example 25 grams of protein 100 carbs or 50 grams of protein 100 grams of carbs. Is Con-Cret creatine?

    Yeah do 40g carbs with 20g protein and everything else is ok
