    Not another one!

Uh oh... I can't tell if this is a good or bad thing.

Yep definitely notice some definition in your back! Doing a badass job!

Thanks a lot, Big Tex.  I'm still tweaking and trying to find the 'sweet spot' with my carbs at night and protein/fat ratio, but it's a damn fun process finding it.

Yeah, fucking eh!  Viking all the way.  😀Except, my ancestors were the ones who pillaged Irish villages... as my bloodline is Irish, but with those tale tell features (big, bright blonde, blue eyes, etc.).  My legs grow like fucking monsters, they were big before I even began lifting.Welcome to the forums!Cory

Thanks, Cory.  I got the Norwegian legs/build from my mom's side, and some crazy yellow with a little bit of green eyes from the Germans on my dad's side.  I'm almost bald at 30, but I wouldn't change the rest!  I figure the baldness makes people talk to me less on the train here in Boston.

Fairy's comment was referring to me... if you check my logs (see my signature), I am on about Vikings and shit.  I drew comparisons to both Beowulf and Thor.  LOL.I am mostly Irish blood (South-Western Ireland, where the Viking influence was heaviest), with a little Scottish, and some German.  I've got ancient warriors in my bloodline... I am very proud of my heritage.  Not only were my Irish ancestors of obvious Viking influence, but it was my family clan that fought along side William Wallace for the Scottish independance.Boston?  I am from NYC.  I think Kiefer is doing a Boston seminar this year.  I might take a quick bus / train over and attend.  Would be good to meet some of my fellow DH'ers, too.  The ones who can make it.Again, welcome on board!Cory

That's awesome, Cory.  To be honest, I don't know too much about my ancestors.  My uncle has done a fair amount of research and our last name, although English in origin and I found many with my last name in England via FB, randomly appeared several generations ago out of the blue.  He thinks it was made up.So I just assume my Nordic heritage was a bunch of badasses, or at least sword and hammer makers or something cool.  I mean, they did something right because I'm doing my best to kick ass centuries later!Yeah, the Kiefer seminar will be at my gym here in Boston, Total Performance Sports.  I'm a trainer there, so you better believe I will be there to hear what DH has to say.  I've been able to pick the brains of a few guys that have worked with him directly/train with someone that has, but I want to talk with the master himself.Let me know if you're coming to the seminar.  If you want to get some training in ahead of time, I can make sure you train with the right people if you need a spot or something.-Ryan

Thank you for the offer.  It would be a pleasure to train with you guys (I hate missing a session).I studied my background quite closely.  I too have this genetic drive to succeed, as well as to stand and fight.  Been in the martial arts for 74% of my life, and I fight full-contact in Kyokushin.  I love it!  I also lift.  It is just all in my blood.  So, I can understand your sentiments... and you must have that in your blood, too.  Totally awesome! The world today needs more warriors or that kind of mind-set, those who won't stand for the bullshit all around us that is swelling in number.Cory
