Just purchased CBL and CNS and cant wait to start these protocols. Have natural contest (over 40 class) in 5 weeks time and don't want to disrupt what I am doing now (albeit am eating 1000g of carbs one day per week which CBL seems a variant of).Looking forward to implementing the CBL to add back in strength and size after comp.
