robkat89ParticipantI am currently taking Bullnox for pre-workout. It contains 11g of carbs. Thankfully it contains not Ace-K so that isnt a problem. But i was curious is 11g in a pre-workout too much?All i eat the rest of the day is: BP Coffee in the morning (CO+HWC+stevia)Lunch= Double Cheeseburger (no bun), chicken breast, piece of bacon, picklesDinner= Same as above with 1 cup cottage cheeseI lift 6 days a week, before dinner Followed by a Whey PWO shake, made with almond milk and HWC.....I weigh in at 1985'11"Cant wait to hear from y'all

If you want to finish it up then you could, but 11g of carbs for a pre-workout is really more then you'd want to be having. The best Pre-WO you could do is just some caffeine pills and coffee with some MCT oil, when ULC the MCT helps a good bit.

I have, I used 10g pre and post and I feel better, seem to preform and recovery better.

lillywhitesMemberCheckout the profile of C4. 1gm of Carbs per scoop. I typically use 2 scoops PWO, eXtend amino's during workout…zero carbs, then use a Optimum Nutrition 2:1:1 after workout, which is heavy protein and carbs.

C4 is a great alternative to Bullnox man...Its got 1 Carb, a better (NO) pump blend, not to mention a much better energy&performance blend. Bullnox (and the entire "Betancourt" line is horrible in my opinion.Volt is another good one, also made by Cellucor but its SANS NO pump and Creatine.

lillywhitesMemberAgreed…if I were downing “Diet” Cokes all day, and Low Sugar snacks that had Ace-K, I might be concerned about the cumulative total being consumed. I'm in the gym 3 days a week, so at that low rate of consumption for C4, I really don't even think about it.

GnomerParticipantI really like the C4 mystery flavor. I am not worried about it in the amount I am getting using a scoop or 2 on training days.
