I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions of when to consume the 2 to 4 grams of Nicotine while going through the prep phase of CBL. I'm just coming off of a pretty serious scope on my left knee so I may or may not start really working out until after the first of the year. With that being said, should I just take the Nicotine in the morning or wait and split it up half morning half noon? Also, would I need to be lifting while starting ND or is going through the prep phase fine without lifting and doing ND at the same time? Thanks!-Mason
