I am just getting started with CBL and really can't afford to lose much weight. My understanding was that you shouldn't lose weight doing strength accumulation. However, as I look at the prep period, it seems like it would be tough to avoid quick weight loss… Should I just do Density Bulking then come back to Strength Accumulation? I really want to lose some fat and maintain my weight.
If you are wanting to lose bodyfat you really need to do the prep phase. The weight you will lose will be water, no biggie, plus it gives a better idea of your carb limit.
