Prep Phase ?

    Hey there,I have not purchased CBL yet, but plan to within the next day or two. I am using CarbNite rules as my 8-10 Day Prep Phase. For CBL's prep, is Peanut Butter (3g usable carbs) and Hummus (2g usable carbs) and a few Carrots on occasion allowed? I do not see it on CN's list, but do not see why there should be a problem if I can keep it under 30g a day. Are any of you using fatty salad dressings like blue cheese? That is something I truly miss and would love to be able to implement. Thank you in advance!!

    Everything you said sounded accurate. Though <30g is the goal, having more than 10 g carbs in a sitting should be avoided (this is not factual, just something I keep in mind while practicing ULC to stay on the safe side).
