prep phase

    In the prep phase is the longer you go without eating in the AM the best or should you have a low carb shake around 10 or 11am, then eat lunch a few hours later or reverse the two, eat lunch then have a shake  later I usually work out about 4-5pm does that make a difference timing your meals  thanks quietman

    Eat about 12 hours after your last meal. It's okay If it's just fat. Avoid protein shakes unless it's post workout. They'll give you an insulin spike tha you don't want.
