Punjabi_virusMemberHi, A few months ago when i started bulking i was 69 but now im 76kgs. i have been sick for past couple pf weeks and lost 2 kgs already and havent been to gym since then . i might start going go the gym from next week but my question coz of being sick i have been eating random stuff on random times so do i have to do the prep phase again or should i just start carb backloading straightway. my aim is bulking atm. Thanks

fallsfalconGuestI would do the prep phase again. This sets up your body to be successful with cbl.

Should i just skip the prep phase? so far i gained 7kgs and lost around 5. it could be water weight asewel. not sure though. but if i skip prep phase coz my goal is to gain weight, will i still get the benefits of CBL?

LOL really? it looks like it'll taste like shit! Just drink a coffee, a coke zero or pop some caffeine pills. Im sure thatd be much less hassle.

LOL really? it looks like it'll taste like shit! Just drink a coffee, a coke zero or pop some caffeine pills. Im sure thatd be much less hassle.
LOL i hzave heard it really tastes like shit.atm i consume 2 caffeien pills with craze and nicotimne gum pre workout. i was just thinking to go for a cheaper versio of pre workout. so coke zero wont spike insulin?

Probably not. But depending on who you listen to the aspartame will burn holes in your brain! (;Do you really need that much of a boost pre-workout? Craze on its own should be plenty from what Ive heard.
