I have been ulc and doing carb nite for almost a year I wanted to start carb backloading on friday but I ate carbs monday night and I was wondering if I should do the ten days or would I be okay to start backloading on friday?
I agree with Tex. The 10 day prep is optimal for those who havent gone ULC before, or not in a long time. Seeing as you have been ULC for a while I dont think you would get that much benefit from 10 full days
