prep stage help

    can someone give me an example of a days meals for the prep stage,  should you do a PWO shake after lifting in the prep stage and if so what would it consist of?  thanks quietman

    There's plenty answers in this forum regarding your exact situation. Use the search feature for a while and if you still have questions later I would be more than happy to answer them. I learned quite a bit just going through other members logs and stuff. Puts things in perspective after reading the book

    Tried the search but I did not get what I was looking for, I just need an Example once I get that I'm good to go and figure out the rest for myself, I do better when I see things written down  Quietman

    Any combination of meat and vegetables will work.  Yes have a post workout shake, but with no carbs.

    +1 Protein fats and some fibrous veggies worked very well for me

    stick with fattier cuts of meat, this is one thing i had trouble wrapping my head around at first. gone are the days where lunch is chicken breast with broccoli. swap out the chicken breast for some 80/20 beef, grass fed if you can afford it
