Any combination of meat and vegetables will work. Yes have a post workout shake, but with no carbs.

+1 Protein fats and some fibrous veggies worked very well for me

stick with fattier cuts of meat, this is one thing i had trouble wrapping my head around at first. gone are the days where lunch is chicken breast with broccoli. swap out the chicken breast for some 80/20 beef, grass fed if you can afford it
