Preparation Phase and training times.

    Hi Folks,Just starting out and all I see in the preparation phase are guidelines for training at 9 or 10 and 12 or 1pm.  I have no option except to train after 6pm.  So how would I do the preparation phase when I train at this time?  Thanks!

    Low carbs all day (less than 30g) for 10 days.
