I don't particularly like doing custom blends, but that seems fine. Why the egg white rather then more hydro whey or intact casein?

Ehhh I just kinda wantes to make an ultra super hydro blend. I was hearing good stuff bout hyrdo egg white so I said why not. It should be some pretty solid absorbing

Then I personally would call it a waste of money over either more peptopro or hydrowhey.

Ehhh call every supp a waste of money then. I've taken straight pepto and straight hydro whey. This time I wanted to combine them and wanted to try hydro egg white. Never know man till ya try.
