Anyone try running a probiotic protein shake (ex: GN Myofusion probiotic) as a method of a different way around fiber supplementation?I was thinking of giving it a try (OW) but ingredients like brown rice concentrate make me nervous about an extended insulin spike going into sleep time.Thanks.
I use Body Fortress isolate (1g carbs) and a probiotic pill. I stay very regular. Myofusion is very good stuff, but it's a blended protein (possible extended insulin response?) and has like 4g of carbs. Also, as mentioned, it's expensive. You only need 1 scoop of protein a day after your workouts.
