yeah they are tough on the stomach. but there are ways you make your digestion strong.Drink a slice of fresh ginger with lemon juice and warm water 30-60 minutes before a meal
I never had a problem digesting sweet potatoes, but as a functional carb, I like them less and less as time goes on. There are much better carb sources.
Interesting, I have avoided them since I started CN but I'll look for these things next time I try them. I've definitely developed an aversion to some carb choices.
