Hey gang, Here is one month of Carb Nite, during the month (top is Aug 7th, bottom is Sept 8th) I lost about 15lbs gained 5lbs back and now I hover between 255lbs-260lbs. I hit a PR on the dead lift of 440lbs and my shirts are getting tighter up top but loser on the bottom. I removed protein shakes from off days and also reduced my egg intake.
