First picture at the end of June (28th)Last picture in August (10th)Sorry, no numbers because I don't weigh myself. I also don't measure myself. I should, and get annoyed that I never do.I had to do the reorientation phase twice because I had a screw up early on whereby CarbNite turned into 3 days of high fat, high carb, high calorie binges.I haven't seen much change in the last week, so it's really been 5 weeks, 1 big screw up and 2 reorientation phases. Also, the more recent photo is a tiny bit misleading because my bottoms are lower, giving the impression I had no obliques showing in the first photo. This is not true! Just want to be completely clear and transparent. I'm also really flexing in both photos (so it's the same in both, but don't think I watch TV like this). And, in the first photo, the way my shorts are positioned makes it look like my fat creeps over my shorts, this is also not true! It's just the way the shorts dip at the front, so again, be careful when interpreting the photos. So, any feedback? I really struggle to put any progress in context. I guess my waist seems a little smaller. My trousers fit better too. I would really like to get to 10% BF.

Looks like you've made good progress, though lighting angles seem different in each photo. For the next photo, try to take it in the same location, at the same time of day, with the same lighting 🙂

Yes, you're right, the lighting does seem a little different, and it should definitely be factored in. I really don't want anyone thinking this is intentional. I'm just really bad at tracking progress / photos etc. I just don't care that much, but wanted to get something on the forums :pBut yes, anyone looking at the photos...try to factor out anything you think is affected too greatly from the lighting (i.e. everything apart from waist size?). If that's even possible.OK, here's one on the 3rd August (a week older than the 10th August photo), perhaps the lighting is more similar?

You are leaner than the first picture, that much I am sure. With a solid four pack with more defined obliques i would probably say that you are around 10%. Maybe just above at 11. You still seem to be holding a bit of fat around the sides and lower abs. But you are closer than you were five weeks ago, so keep doing what you are doing man! Great stuff.

Yeah, I was thinking around 12%.  Am definitely holding fat around my sides. I can pinch a good chunk still, especially around my back. I don't think I've ever seen my lower abs, apart from one period where I went on a retard diet, saw them for about 1 week and then flipped out and put all the weight back on 🙂My aim now is to just take it steady and slowly, and not try to rush anything. As you said, keep doing the same, and see where I am in another 5 weeks.Thank you for the feedback!

Looks like lower abs are thinking hard about making an appearance…Good work.  Push really hard for the next week or two to get there, then 'cruise' for about a month or three to lock it in, and you will be golden.  After that maybe you can take down even another notch.Good luck!

I wish they would stop thinking, and just get on with it.

What do you mean 'push really hard'? Just stay focussed and on track? Or did you have anything else in mind?

    Good luck!

Thanks dude! And thanks for taking the time to give your opinion and encouragement.

What do you mean 'push really hard'? Just stay focussed and on track? Or did you have anything else in mind?  Key in on the things that have made the difference so far: diet 'tweaks', training intensity, whatever, and dial it up another degree, suffer just another degree more for some predetermined period - set a 'deadline' - where no matter where you are you are 'done' for this round.  Then see where you are as you take a short break/let things settle mentally and physically, regroup, make new goals and then move forward again with maybe a slightly different focus/goal.

    Good luck!

Thanks dude! And thanks for taking the time to give your opinion and encouragement.  Absolutely, you're welcome.  We all need to hear it.  Its one of those things that help us savor the smaller victories along the way and give strength to keep up the good fight.
