Hey guys, So I'm on the 4th day of the ULC and I am finding I am either not hungry or my appetite is very closed. I was never a big meat eater, but I have been eating eggs, chicken, bacon, steak, fish... where else can I get my protein that is not all in meat sources.I try to at least have one protein shake to make up for it..Any suggestions? :-
It's not a great idea to eat too much canned fish, but I've found white tuna to be the lightest and densest source of protein available. Make sure to add a little mayo or some other fat source to it.
