    So, dont ask me why, i like protein bars, question is, kiefer suggests a shake with every meal on backload hows about a protein bar? and would one assume there ok on a backload?

    No, most of them are horrible. Soy protein, sugar alcohols and HFCS or invert-sugar. Yikes. What's in the ones you eat?

    Maltitol, sorbitol, xylitol, glycerol, soy protein, and (in some of them) fructose. No thanks 😛

    CHOCOLATE: Aussie Bodies Protein Blend [42%] (whey protein isolate, calcium caseinate, whey protein concentrate, milk protein concentrate, creatine monohydrate, L-glutamine, glycine), milk protein chocolate [23%], (maltitol, cocoa butter, milk solids, soy protein isolate, cocoa liquor, emulsifier (soy lecithin), flavour), water, glycerol, sorbitol, emulsifier (soy lecithin), flavours, cocoa powder, preservative (202), sweetener (955).Well, you know how it is, if you like them, you will eat them, it's probably not worse than someone whose choice is McD or BK for a backload, but those bars are the typical crappy protein bar like they all are. Have one every few days, but don't make them your staple food.
