Hello, I would ask, if any of you guys are consuming protein just before bed in ULC days AND nevertheless having great results.I know, its no recommended by book, cuz of insuline spike and so on...BUT! I read a lot of new studies about this topic "protein before bed" and each one study says, its rly good to have protein powder just before bed.I cant find that study now, but it was posted by Ron Fuller (i think) @DH fb group
Hi sjm,If you're doing Density Bulking then you will want to keep your FAA (free amino acid) levels as high as possible for as long as possible, which means periodic protein intake. Kiefer has two blends of protein available on Protein Factory, labelled Blend D and Blend H. Blend D is the one you take through the day and supplement with leucine, which will establish a desirable baseline for FAA concentrations, and the whey isolates in Blend D provide peaks throughout the day (when taken as directed).
