I am doing CNS and after I lift I usually take a PWO shake consisting of Whey Protein Isolate Micro-filtrated, Creatine Monohydrate and Leucine.Well I have been buying it from truenutrition.com which they have what I  need but I was curious if anyone knows if Complete Nutrition or GNC as the same products if not similar because they are stores that are available to me in my town, so I don't have to pay for shipping. If they don't then I will stick with truenutrition.com, just trying to find something that is cheaper and that I can quickly get my hands on without having to pay extra for shipping. Thanks,=

You can get similar stuff at stores, but you will pay much more because they have massive mark-ups

+1If you're not picky about the protein, you could go to Costco. They usually have decent prices. I think I posted the other day that I saw a 4lb tub of Cellucor (I think) protein iso/concentrate mix for $40 there. And leucine and creatine are pretty much dirt cheap anywhere, like Amazon.

+1While the shipping at True Nutrition is quite a bit, the total cost at GNC will be much, much, more.  However, I have heard of some situations where GNC has stuff on clearance that you can stuff for reasonable prices.

That being said has anyone tried the True Flavor on the Whey Protein Isolate Microfiltrated? It shows not carbs and its stevia sweetened

From True Nutrition?  I used the one sweetened with Stevia.  It was good.

I actually skip the sweetener on my whey protein.

Agree.  True Nutrition whey isolate and hydro-whey no sweeteners. I am sure stevia is OK, but I just feel it is better for you without it.  It can make choking down hydro a little challenging, but I just don't trust all the crap used to sweeten the store bought proteins.  They also use way too much.  OK, I admit, I get to use dextrose a few days a week!!

Yea that's my idea.  I believe the less sweet things you have, the less you crave them.  And when you do have sweets, you don't need much to be satisfied.  I find it makes everything I eat much more enjoyable. And I don't know about you guys, but in my opinion, protein powder tastes like shit no matter how sweet it is.

Agreed here as well. I don't want sweet things much anymore, and the shake included. I use the Dymatize, and while it has okay flavor, it is nothing to brag about the taste/sweetness
