Hello all,Brand new to the forums. I've bought and read CNS, listened to a bunch of Kiefers podcast, and listened to pretty much all of Mark Bell's videos regarding CNS. I'm 24, train in a conjugate style 4-day a week program, and I'm 200lbs on the number. I'm on my third week of CBL, and my question is regarding protein intake. I'm routinely in the 250g-300g of protein range daily, and was wondering if you all think this is too much. I read a little bit about gluconeogenesis, and was wondering if anyone had any thoughts on this. Thanks!

I personally do not think it is all that much, however it does depend on whether or not if it works for you. On training days I can see the increase of protein but maybe the ULC days bring it closer to your BW. With adequate fats too, that work with your body. I normally have my intake higher than my BW.*I was referring to 250g*

Actually, I'd say it is to much.1g per lbs is all you'd need, unless you are on steroids, even then it's debatable.

It's probably too much for a proper ketogenic diet, but more importantly are you seeing the results you want while eating that amount?
