Protein Pre-Workout

    I've completed my 10 Day Prep Phase and using the chart, I picked 190 as my desired body weight.Thus, I need 144.9g of protein in the low carb prior to training.   The sample meal plan is nice but there's no way 6oz of meat at lunch is going to cut that.  I would assume that I need to add it to the snack entries and more than likely, prior to training.  Adding the 10g of whey isolate to the A.M. Accelerator shake is good as well.Protein AFTER traing including the shake is 92.6g which given a 50g post workout shake + 100g of carbs.. and 25G in a couple of meals including the carb meals is not such a big deal.I'm curious as to the method of 114.9g prior to my 4pm training session.Your comments are most appreciated.

    Are you Density Bulking or Strength Accumulating.  Use 145 g if you are Density Bulking, but if you are Strength Accumulating do the low end of the scale, which is 81 g.  Match the fat grams with whatever value you choose and you are set.
